Welcome to the Rutherford County Home Builders Association. Our local association is the 5th largest Home Builders Association in the state of Tennessee. I hope our website will be helpful and informative.

To someone looking for a building contractor, we strongly suggest that you seek out those professionals who are active in their local industry association. If you are a Builder or Associate, we encourage you to get involved and support your industry. In recent years we have all seen just how important the Home Building Industry is to every facet of our local community. A strong Home Builders Association is good not only for our industry, but our local community as well.

The RCHBA has a strong Executive Committee, Board, and I want to thank all our members who tirelessly give of themselves to make our industry and community better through their support and involvement in the RCHBA. Over the years our Government Affairs Committee has had huge impact on legislation and topics that have directly affected our members and our community.

If you are involved with the housing industry, I strongly encourage you to become a member of a local association. There is no better way to represent personal dedication to your profession and your community. One of the great things about joining your local home builders association is that when you do you automatically become a member of the state association (HBAT), and the National Home Builders Association (NAHB). You get the strength and political power of all three associations working on your behalf.
